Regal Corporation established its first representative office in Hong Kong in 1996. Following our growth, we transitioned to a local subsidiary in 2006. With nearly 30 years of history in the region, we have been responsible for sourcing Regal products across Asian countries to meet the significant demands of the global marketplace. Our sourcing network has established a customer-oriented procurement system designed to ensure product quality, on-time manufacturing, and timely delivery at a high standard—maximized through our dedicated in-house quality assurance team and specialized technical team.

We diversified our business into wholesale in Asian countries through reliable distributors and licensees. To date, we export over 500,000 pairs of quality shoes in approximately 300 styles annually from China, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia to Japan and other countries. We are wholesaling to Asian markets such as Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia, with the goal of further expanding these operations in the future.
Furthermore, we are committed to establishing our own retail presence in the Hong Kong market. We currently operate stores at Mira Place (REGAL), SOGO Causeway Bay (REGAL & KENFORD), and SOGO Kai Tak (REGAL & KENFORD). We also serve as a wholesale supplier to HOAX - Shoes select shop.

The company has shifted from a business centered on retail stores to an online-focused model in response to evolving market trends. As of 2026, it primarily operates four online stores on T-mall, JD, TikTok, and Red Note, along with one retail store in Shanghai.

Products are developed and manufactured in China to meet the needs of the Chinese market, offering a wide range from authentic Goodyear welted leather shoes to casual footwear.

From planning and production to sales and after-sales care, all processes are carried out in China. Shanghai REGAL will continue striving to be a brand that is supported and trusted by customers in China.
